Enabling and engaging others

We are inspirational and collaborative leaders. We take the lead and empower each other to be stronger together.

We enable and engage our people by spending time getting to know them and building relationships through conversations, built on trust.

We enable our team members to deliver to the best of their ability and create opportunities for them to develop and grow. Team members want:

  • clear expectations of what they need to achieve
  • ongoing feedback on how they are going
  • an understanding of where their career may go
  • recognition when they’ve done something right, highlighting their strengths

Check the hints and tips section for practical input to your conversations.
